Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using PC AutoPilot. By creating an account or using our software, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PC AutoPilot software and website at pcautopilot.com ("Service"), operated by PC AutoPilot ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

PC AutoPilot is a desktop automation suite for Windows PCs that includes the following modules:

3. Account Registration

To use PC AutoPilot, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

4. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial on all plans. No credit card is required to start a trial. Trial days only count down on days you open the application. At the end of your trial, you must purchase a license to continue using the Service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial at any time.

5. Pricing and Billing

PC AutoPilot is offered as a one-time purchase — there are no recurring charges or automatic renewals. Available plans are:

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Upon successful payment, your license key is emailed to you within minutes. You are charged once at the time of purchase and will not be billed again. Price changes affect only new purchases; previously purchased licenses are not affected.

6. Refund Policy

All purchases include a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days and we will issue a full refund with no questions asked. After 30 days, purchases are non-refundable.

7. License Activation and Machine Transfers

Your license key activates PC AutoPilot on a specific machine. If you need to move your license to a new PC, you can deactivate the current machine from within the app (Settings → License → Deactivate) and then activate on your new machine. The number of simultaneous activations is limited to your plan allowance. If you need assistance with a transfer, contact us at hello@pcautopilot.com.

8. License Grant

Subject to these Terms and payment of the applicable one-time fee, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use PC AutoPilot on the number of devices permitted by your purchased plan:

10. Intellectual Property

PC AutoPilot and all related materials — including software, design, logos, text, and documentation — are the intellectual property of PC AutoPilot and protected by copyright and trademark law. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service may be used by us without any obligation to compensate you.

11. Privacy

Your use of PC AutoPilot is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand our data practices.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the Service at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PC AUTOPILOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR YOUR LICENSE.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PC AutoPilot and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction, as mutually agreed.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or prominent notice on our website at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

17. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the software ends immediately. Provisions that by nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimer, limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
